To expand the well-established and qualified team at the head office in Lucerne, we are looking for a customer-oriented IT specialist as IT Supporter with immediate effect or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Ensuring smooth IT support operations
- Processing incidents and service requests
- Analyzing and troubleshooting system, network and application problems
- Receiving and classifying fault reports
- Monitoring the IT infrastructure
- Documentation of support cases and solutions
What makes you special
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector
- Professional experience in IT support
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment
- Knowledge of infrastructures (on-premises and cloud)
- High service orientation and good manners
- Affinity for IT security topics
- Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
