
Payroll Specialist (50-100%)

Gewerbe-Treuhand, a friendly employer with a lot of professional competence, heart and humor! We are looking for a dynamic and trustworthy personality as a Payroll Specialist (50-100%) for our head office in Lucerne from December 2025 to May 2026 or by arrangement, on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent position.
These are your tasks
- Independent payroll processing incl. payroll accounting
- Supervision of time recording system incl. working time control, processing absences (illness, accident, military, J+S, pregnancy, maternity, paternity, unpaid leave, vacation purchase)
- Processing of changes (change of name, marital status, address, workload, etc.)
- Year-end closing incl. payroll declarations and account reconciliations
- Support with HR projects and the optimization of HR processes
- Possibility to manage other payroll mandates in the fiduciary area
What makes you special
- Basic commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Education in payroll is an advantage
- High level of social skills, discretion and sensitivity
- Entrepreneurial thinking, flair for numbers and ability to work under pressure
