Gewerbe-Treuhand, a friendly employer with a lot of professional competence, heart and humor! We are looking for a dynamic and trustworthy personality as a Payroll Specialist (50-100%) for our head office in Lucerne from December 2025 to May 2026 or by arrangement, on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent position.

These are your tasks
  • Independent payroll processing incl. payroll accounting
  • Supervision of time recording system incl. working time control, processing absences (illness, accident, military, J+S, pregnancy, maternity, paternity, unpaid leave, vacation purchase)
  • Processing of changes (change of name, marital status, address, workload, etc.)
  • Year-end closing incl. payroll declarations and account reconciliations
  • Support with HR projects and the optimization of HR processes
  • Possibility to manage other payroll mandates in the fiduciary area
What makes you special
  • Basic commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Education in payroll is an advantage
  • High level of social skills, discretion and sensitivity
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, flair for numbers and ability to work under pressure
