If you agree on the price and allocation of the ancillary purchase costs, we recommend concluding a reservation contract. This encourages both parties to conclude the definitive purchase agreement. A notary will then be commissioned to draw up the purchase contract and carry out the notarization.

The land register extract contains all essential information such as the owner of the property and all easements and encumbrances (rights and obligations) associated with the property in relation to other properties and persons. Any easements/encumbrances cannot simply be deleted and are firmly attached to the property.
