Where possible, each residential unit should have a cellar for additional storage space. In addition, nobody likes doing laundry in communal laundry rooms these days. A small utility room with a washing tower or the installation of a washing tower in the bathroom should therefore be planned.

In most cases, it is unavoidable to regulate new easements. Depending on the situation, for example, new pipeline rights or footpath and driveway rights must be regulated. At the same time, older easements that no longer correspond to current circumstances and interests can also be deleted.
