The tenant service supports tenants in all matters relating to their tenancy. This includes providing important forms and information sheets, processing inquiries and coordinating maintenance and repair work. The aim is to provide reliable support and ensure that everyday life in the property runs smoothly.

A complete application requires first and foremost a correctly and fully completed application form. This contains personal details, information on your current living and working situation and references.

In addition, you (and your partner, if applicable) must submit a current extract from the debt collection register. Proof of personal liability insurance covering any damage to the rental property is also required for the conclusion of a rental agreement for apartments.

For commercial premises, a current original excerpt from the debt collection register, a current excerpt from the commercial register and, in the case of AG/GmbH, a debt collection register excerpt from the company owner are also required.

In individual cases, additional documents or confirmations may be requested in the further course of the application process.

No, submitting an application does not constitute a claim to a rental property. The property will be allocated after all applications received have been reviewed and various criteria have been taken into account.
