To expand the well-established and qualified team at our headquarters in Lucerne, we are looking for customer-oriented and open-minded real estate professionals as Real Estate Managers (80-100 %) as of December 1, 2025 or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Independent management of the property portfolio
- Dealing with tenant and condominium owner matters (correspondence / telephone calls)
- Contact person for owners, tradesmen, janitors, tenants and authorities
- Letting of rental properties including apartment handovers and acceptances
- Making changes in the property management software (Immotop2)
- Convening and holding condominium owners' meetings
- Regular inspection rounds and ensuring that the property is maintained
What makes you special
- Basic commercial training
- Specialist certificate in real estate management or similar training/further education
- Sound PC skills (Microsoft Office); preferably knowledge of ImmoTop2
- Independent and precise way of working (high quality awareness)
- You are a flexible, open and reliable personality and promote a good team spirit with your positive manner
- Driving license Cat. B
