Gewerbe-Treuhand, a friendly employer with a lot of professional competence, heart and humor! As an Abacus Silver Partner, we take care of all the concerns of Abacus fiduciary and license customers. We are looking for an Abacus Application Manager (60-100%) to join our well-established and qualified team at our head office in Lucerne with immediate effect or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You maintain our Abacus installations and those of our SME customers. You monitor and optimize their operation, manage users, subscriptions and licenses and implement new central functions.
- You take the Abacus installations to the next level with regular updates.
- As a solution finder, you support our users with technical issues such as onboarding, logins, apps and much more.
- You accompany our customers, gradually take over the technical advice in projects, help to set up new installations and open up new clients and applications.
- You will become the network hub between the team, ICT, customers and the manufacturer Abacus.
- You get on board the many Abacus trains and constantly take on new topics: Integration of peripheral systems, process optimizations, DeepCloud, and much more.
- You are actively involved in the further development of our team and in digitalization projects.
What makes you special
- You have initial experience in the application management of an ERP system (preferably Abacus).
- You are a business IT specialist HF / FH or on the way to becoming one, or have a similar level of specialist knowledge.
- Satisfied customers, customized solutions and open communication are your focus.
- You have a talent for organization and approach tasks in a structured, conscientious and independent manner.
