Real Estate Accounting Clerk

Gewerbe-Treuhand, a friendly employer with a lot of professional competence, heart and humor! To expand the well-established and qualified team at our headquarters in Lucerne , we are looking for a customer-oriented and open-minded real estate specialist as a Real Estate Accounting Clerk (80-100 %) as of March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

Maintaining and monitoring property accounts
- Account assignment, recording and payment of creditors, payment run via DTA
- Collection of rent, dunning process
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Correspondence with tenants, internal and external managers

What makes you special
  • Basic commercial training, preferably in the fiduciary or real estate sector
  • You have deepened your accounting knowledge, preferably with appropriate education, e.g. as a finance and accounting clerk or in real estate management
  • You work independently and accurately (high quality awareness)
  • You have a quick grasp of things and score points with your analytical thinking skills
  • You have a flexible, open and reliable personality and promote a good team spirit with your positive manner
