Gewerbe-Treuhand, a friendly employer with a lot of professional competence, heart and humor! To strengthen our professional HR department for our approximately 180 employees, we are looking for a proactive and trustworthy specialist with the necessary intuition as Head of HR at our Lucerne headquarters with immediate effect or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Personnel administration from joining to leaving
- Management of the HR team
- Senior Consultant and support for management and line managers in all personnel matters
- Recruitment of specialists and managers in close cooperation with line managers
- Actively supporting the performance appraisal, employee development and personnel development processes, including project management
- Supervision of health management for the Gewerbe-Treuhand Group
- Responsible for the vocational training system
- Responsible for time recording
- Continuous evaluation of HR key figures
- Completing all work in connection with social insurance (OASI, ALV, EO, MSE, DAI, UVG, OPA)
- Responsible for and management of salary processing (in particular salary, social insurance statements and budget)
What makes you special
- Basic commercial training incl. further education in the field of Human Resources at specialist certificate level or higher
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Enjoy working with people and have an independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- High level of social skills, discretion and sensitivity
