To expand our well-coordinated and highly qualified team at our headquarters in Lucerne, we are seeking a customer-oriented and open-minded real estate professional to join us as a Property Manager, with terms to be agreed upon.
These are your responsibilities
- Independent management of the real estate portfolio
- Handling matters related to tenants and condominium owners (correspondence / phone calls)
- Point of contact for owners, contractors, building superintendents, tenants, and government agencies
- Leasing of rental properties, including move-ins and move-outs
- Updating changes in the property management software (Immotop2)
- Convening and conducting condominium owners’ meetings
- Conducting regular inspection rounds and ensuring property maintenance
That's what makes you who you are
- Basic Business Training
- Certificate in Real Estate Management or similar Education/Training
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office); knowledge of ImmoTop2 is preferred
- Ability to work independently and with precision (strong commitment to quality)
- You are flexible, open-minded, and reliable, and your positive attitude fosters a strong team spirit
- Class B driver’s license
