We are looking for a paralegal (a) (50-80%) for our Lucerne office.
These are your tasks
- Independent administration of mandates including deadline and appointment management, opening, administration, invoicing
- Drafting and revising complex correspondence and documents
- Independent coordination of appointments, meetings and internal processes
- Professional communication with clients, authorities and courts
- Proactive support for lawyers and Jurists in client work and presentations
- Further development of digital work processes
- A daily presence on site is planned for this function; flexible solutions are possible on a case-by-case basis
What makes you special
- Commercial training or comparable qualification. Education (e.g. CAS/DAS Paralegal) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a law firm or in a legal environment
- Very good written and spoken German, English an advantage
- Initiative personality with the ability to think ahead, set priorities and take on responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working with high organizational skills and service orientation
