Network.women.future. 2025

On June 3, 2025, the "Netzwerk.Frau.Zukunft" seminar organized by Gewerbe-Treuhand took place at the Businesspark Sursee. Around 50 female entrepreneurs and professionals from various industries came together for professional exchange, Education and networking.

Around 50 female entrepreneurs and specialists from Central Switzerland took the opportunity to network, gain inspiration and discuss current challenges together.

The topics in focus:

• Social insurance in the Businesses
  Using a fictitious model company, specific stumbling blocks, frequent misconceptions and optimization options for social insurance in the corporate context were highlighted. In particular, the transition from part-time to management and the correct coverage for self-employment met with great interest.
  
  
• Estate planning and business protection
  Who is in a position to act if things suddenly stop working? This question was the focus of the presentation on legal provisions. It was shown how female entrepreneurs can relieve the burden on their company and family with clever estate planning and clear powers of attorney.
  
  
• Company health management
  Health as a success factor - under this motto, the presentation showed practical approaches to promoting well-being and performance in the company. From promoting physical activity to mental health, concrete impulses for implementation in your own SME were conveyed.
  
  
• Mental strength and positive intelligence
  Finally, the topic of positive intelligence was presented as a key skill. How can I stay focused and confident despite pressure, responsibility and a full agenda? The participants received valuable suggestions for strengthening their own resilience and mental presence.
  
  

Sharing, meeting and networking
There was also plenty of opportunity for personal interaction: the coffee breaks, drinks reception and lunch together provided ample opportunity for networking, getting to know each other and sharing personal experiences.

Feedback on the event was consistently positive - the personal setting, the relevance of the topics and the immediately applicable input for everyday working life were particularly appreciated.
