We are continuing our Network.woman.future. seminar series in 2026. The event is aimed at women from the business world who are involved in Businesses and are looking for inspiration for their professional and personal development.

Morning: specialist input for everyday business life
In the morning, you can expect practical specialist input on key issues from the everyday life of SMEs - including non-cash benefits and their pitfalls in terms of salary, OASI and VAT, as well as risks and solutions for generational changes in Real Estate. In addition, Dr. Sandra Imbach and Bianca Schmidt will talk about personal paths, challenges and success factors in demanding professional environments in an interview format.

Lunch and networking together
This will be followed by lunch together, which will provide an opportunity for exchange, new perspectives and targeted networking in a relaxed atmosphere - an added value that is particularly appreciated by the participants.

Afternoon: Success begins in the mind - leading yourself and others intelligently
The afternoon will once again focus on the topic of "Positive intelligence as the key". How can we recognize inner self-sabotage, reflect on our own strengths and understand dynamics in a team context?
Due to the high demand, we were once again able to engage the popular speaker Iris Welten - owner of Welten & Welten AG, former extended member of the Group Executive Board of Clariant and Swiss Life and former CEO.
