Network.women.future. 2026

Over 70 women from the business world came together at the Business Park Sursee on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 for the Network.woman.future. one-day seminar. The Gewerbe-Treuhand event offered practical specialist input on current issues from everyday life in SMEs as well as inspiration for personal and professional development.

The topics in focus:

• Monetary benefits: Pitfalls with wages, OASI and VAT
  Maria Kurmann and Bastian Klink used specific practical examples to illustrate the risks that non-cash benefits can entail in terms of wages, OASI and VAT. The topics discussed included expense regulations, private shares in company vehicles and benefits to related parties. The speakers explained how errors in accounting can quickly lead to additional financial burdens and what Businesses should pay particular attention to in terms of correct treatment.
  
  
• Generation change in Real Estate - recognizing risks, designing solutions
  Chantal Steinmann and Michèle Egli addressed the topic of generational changes in Real Estate. The focus was on issues relating to purchase price regulations, rights of use, compensation and early and transparent planning within the family. Using practical examples, they showed how conflicts can be avoided and sustainable solutions for family and assets can be created.
  
  
• Courage.attitude.future. - Women shape their own path
  In the interview "Courage.attitude.future." moderated by Jérôme Rüfenacht moderated by Jérôme Rüfenacht, Dr. Sandra Imbach and Bianca Schmidt provided personal insights into their career paths, challenges and experiences. Topics such as resilience, role models and mutual support in everyday working life aroused great interest among the participants.
  
  
• Success begins in the mind - leading yourself and others intelligently
  Following the positive response in the previous year, Iris Welten continued the topic of "Positive intelligence as a key" and explored key aspects in greater depth. The focus was on questions relating to inner self-sabotage, personal strengths and dynamics in a team context. In an interactive workshop, the participants developed concrete insights and practical approaches for their day-to-day work.
  
  

Exchange, encounters and networking
There was also plenty of opportunity for personal exchange: the coffee breaks and standing lunch together provided space for networking, inspiring discussions and new perspectives.

Feedback on the event was consistently positive - the personal setting, the relevance of the topics and the immediately applicable input for everyday working life were particularly appreciated.
