3.5- to 4.5-room apartments in the village center of Inwil

Three apartment buildings with an underground parking garage are being built in the Sonnhof Park district in the center of Inwil.

The client and architect is Cerutti Partner AG. The three apartment buildings will contain a total of 22 condominiums with 3 ½ - and 4 ½ -room apartments and dispo rooms in various sizes. Completion of the apartment buildings and occupation of the apartments is planned for fall 2021.

Gewerbe-Treuhand has been commissioned to sell the condominiums. According to Michael Schärli, Head of Real Estate Marketing, the new building is attracting a great deal of interest. To date, over 40 percent of the apartments have already been reserved.

We wanted to know from the architect and partner of Cerutti Partner AG, Mr. Urs Meyer, what else distinguishes the new building apart from the magnificent view of the Alpine panorama and the appealing architecture?

What materials are planned for the interior fittings?
The planned interior fittings will feature tried-and-tested materials in warm colors. The entire floor area in the living and sleeping areas will be covered in large-format oak floorboards and the floor and wall surfaces of the wet rooms will be laid with porcelain stoneware tiles in a natural stone look. The double-fronted kitchens in all apartments will also meet high standards and will be constructed using proven and aesthetically pleasing materials and fitted with high-quality appliances. The vanity units in real wood for all the washbasins, which match the material concept, are also unlikely to be commonplace.

Mr. Meyer, what was important to you when designing the floor plan?
The implementation of clearly structured areas for living and sleeping, and the ability to furnish the various rooms individually. We also aimed for and successfully implemented spacious wet rooms across all floor plan variants.

What individual design options do buyers have?
In principle, all materials for floors, walls and ceilings inside the apartment can be implemented according to your own requirements and ideas. It is also possible to change the materials and fittings in the kitchen and wet rooms and implement your own ideas. Provided that the necessary lead time for order changes is observed.

What can the residents of Sonnhof Park look forward to in particular?
The elevator cabins, which are clad in real wood instead of the usual plastic-clad walls!

What can you say about the price-performance ratio?
The decisive factor here is the usable floor space of the respective apartments, which forms the basis of the purchase price. Taking into account the resulting m2 price and in view of the high-quality materialization inside and outside, as well as the convincing energy concept, our real estate product at Sonnhof Park appears very competitive in a market comparison.

What do you enjoy most about the development?
The fact that our product is also attracting a lot of interest from locals and that some Eibel residents have also decided to buy so far. The appreciation from locals is the best reference and confirms our assessment that we have opted for a high-quality real estate product in this great location.
