Successful launch of KMU.kompakt at the Businesspark Sursee

On Monday, March 2, 2026, the new event series KMU.kompakt kicked off at the Businesspark Sursee. With around 50 participants, the event was fully booked - and a complete success.

Simon Meierhans, Head of Taxes at Gewerbe-Treuhand, gave a one-hour presentation on the tax and financial implications of the planned abolition of the imputed rental value. Using specific case studies, he highlighted the consequences for both owner-occupied residential property and investment properties and provided practical assessments for SMEs and owners.

Afterwards, participants took the opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions and make valuable contacts over a standing lunch.
