AbaClik AI is the latest generation of the AbaClik app. It is used instead of AbaClik 3 and offers new and additional functions.

With voice control and an integrated AI chatbot, AbaClik AI is a powerful assistant for everyday work. The integrated AI chatbot analyzes your query and proactively provides relevant information matching your search. The new approval tile in AbaClik AI is displayed more clearly thanks to the redesign. In addition, absences and payment orders in electronic banking can now also be approved in the tile.

2.2 MyAbacus

The portal solution is constantly evolving, with new views and new options for designing the views. Over the years, MyAbacus has developed into a cockpit for employees and is used for various processes, particularly in the areas of personnel, time recording and the approval of accounts payable and expense receipts.

2.3 DeepBox, DeepSign and other DeepCloud tools

The DeepCloud ecosystem offers a seamlessly integrated range of numerous digital and AI-based cloud tools: From document processing, digital signatures and digital ID to business intelligence and banking connections. DeepBox, the AI document exchange platform, and DeepSign, the digital signature solution, can be ideally integrated into Abacus. The functions are constantly evolving. 2.4 AbaScan Pro and DeepBox

The AbaScan Pro and DeepBox tools make it possible to import documents into the programs of Accounts Payable K11 'Enter invoices', Accounts Receivable D111 'Post receipts' or Electronic Banking E111 'Enter payments' and enter them as voucher postings. The DeepO text recognition technology supports data capture.

The previous AbaScan function will be replaced by AbaScan Pro in version 2025. AbaScan Pro benefits from the integrated DeepO technology, which is constantly being developed further. Unlike DeepBox, AbaScan Pro allows users to carry out document analysis, processing and dossier storage directly in Abacus.

The new AbaScan Pro program can be opened in the capture programs via the following menu icon.

The accounts payable and accounts receivable documents are uploaded to it. These are automatically analyzed, enriched with corresponding proposal sets and processed. The documents can be fully automated as required so that they can be further processed directly and entered and filed in the corresponding programs.

Compared to AbaScan Pro, DeepBox offers additional options, particularly in terms of automation, document analysis or document import via URL link or e-mail. The analysis takes place on the platform and the data and the pdf document image are transferred to Abacus.

This process can also be automated so that DeepBox does not have to be opened by the user. The documents can be posted directly or sent to the inbox beforehand. In the navigation of the entry programs, the receipts are listed in the 'Pending documents' tab during processing and the receipt data is already filled in the mask. The documents can therefore be checked, adjusted or even rejected without having to cancel a posting.
