What tasks does an executor have?

The executor must help the testator's last will and testament to prevail. He initiates all necessary measures to preserve the inheritance until it is divided. The executor prepares the division of the estate, but cannot carry it out himself.

What documents does an executor need?

In order to carry out his duties, he requires an executor's identity card from the competent division authority so that he can identify himself to authorities, institutions and private individuals.

How long does the execution of a will take?

The execution of the will lasts until the division of the estate is completed.
